Disinfection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Saul Rhand Facility Services. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial or industrial cleaning and a proven track record of leading successful cleaning operations across various facility types. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, coordinating with clients, managing schedules, and ensuring all services meet hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across assigned locations
• Coordinate with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and expectations
• Develop cleaning schedules and ensure timely task completion
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and compliance
• Train new staff on safety protocols, cleaning techniques, and equipment use
• Monitor supply usage and request inventory as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines
